Service Overview

Expand Globally from Dubai

The UAE offers Indian businesses a powerful springboard for international expansion. With its strategic location, strong banking system, modern legal framework, and favourable tax environment, the UAE is the top choice for Indian entrepreneurs looking to go global. Whether you want a Free Zone company (100% foreign ownership, zero tax) for import-export or consulting, a Mainland company for local UAE trading, or an Offshore company for holding assets and international operations — we help you choose the right structure and complete the registration remotely.

Critical: Every overseas investment by an Indian resident must be reported to RBI under the LRS/ODI framework. Undisclosed foreign holdings attract FEMA penalties and can trigger income tax scrutiny under the Black Money Act.

Free Zone Company

Zero tax, 100% ownership

UAE Free Zones offer 100% foreign ownership, zero corporate and personal income tax, full profit repatriation, and no customs duty on imports/exports within the zone. Ideal for trading, consulting, tech, and logistics businesses.

Mainland Company

Trade directly in UAE

A Mainland company (LLC) allows you to trade directly within the UAE market, participate in government tenders, and operate from any location. It can now have 100% foreign ownership in most activity categories.

Offshore Company

Holding and IP structuring

A UAE Offshore company (in JAFZA, RAK ICC, or ADGM) is ideal for holding international assets, IP rights, and real estate investments while enjoying low or zero corporate tax.

Banking & Visa Support

End-to-end setup

We assist with UAE corporate bank account opening, UAE resident visa processing, Emirate ID, and ongoing annual compliance — making your UAE setup complete from India.

Eligibility Criteria

Who Can Set Up a UAE Company?

UAE company formation is open to Indian nationals and companies with few restrictions.

1

Any Indian National

Indian citizens can own 100% of a UAE Free Zone company without a local UAE sponsor. Mainland LLCs now also allow 100% foreign ownership in most sectors post the 2021 UAE Commercial Companies Law amendment.

2

Any Business Activity

Most business activities — trading, consulting, IT, marketing, manufacturing, logistics, and financial services — are permitted in UAE Free Zones. Some regulated activities require special approvals.

3

Minimum Capital Requirement

Capital requirements vary by Free Zone and business activity. Many Free Zones have no minimum capital requirement; others start at AED 10,000–50,000 depending on the licence type.

4

No Physical Presence Required

Many UAE Free Zones allow company formation completely remotely. You do not need to visit the UAE for registration — we handle the process on your behalf with a Power of Attorney.

Key Benefits

Why Set Up a Company in UAE?

The UAE offers Indian businesses an unmatched combination of tax benefits, global market access, and business-friendly regulations.

UAE introduced a 9% corporate tax from June 2023 — one of the lowest globally. Free Zone companies with qualifying income may still pay 0% under the free zone regime.

03

A UAE company opens access to world-class international banking, USD/EUR/AED multi-currency accounts, and easy cross-border wire transfers to 180+ countries.

04

100% Profit Repatriation

There are no restrictions on transferring profits, dividends, or capital out of the UAE. Move funds freely between your UAE and Indian entities.

05

UAE company owners are eligible for UAE residence visas, Emirates ID, and long-term Golden Visas — enabling you to live, work, and travel visa-free to 170+ countries.

06

Gateway to Global Markets

Dubai connects you to 3 billion consumers in the MENA region, Africa, and South Asia. It is the world's busiest re-export hub, with unparalleled logistics infrastructure.

1
Step 1 of 6

Choose Structure & Free Zone

Select between Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore based on your business model. We recommend the best Free Zone (IFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, JAFZA, etc.) based on your activity and budget.

2
Step 2 of 6

Select Business Activity

Choose permitted business activities from the Free Zone's approved list. Each activity has a specific licence category — trading, service, industrial, or holding.

3
Step 3 of 6

Submit KYC Documents

Provide passport copies, recent photographs, address proof, and bank reference letter. We prepare and submit all applications to the Free Zone authority on your behalf.

4
Step 4 of 6

Receive Trade Licence

The Free Zone issues the company's Trade Licence (business licence). This is equivalent to the Certificate of Incorporation and authorises the company to operate.

5
Step 5 of 6

Open UAE Bank Account

We assist with UAE corporate bank account opening at leading banks. The Trade Licence, Memorandum of Association, and director KYC are required. Process takes 2–4 weeks.

6
Step 6 of 6

Visa & Compliance Setup

Apply for UAE residency visas for directors/employees. Set up annual audit, VAT registration (if applicable), and corporate tax compliance as per UAE regulations.

Document Checklist

Documents Required for UAE Company Registration

Documents are submitted digitally. Notarisation may be required for some Free Zones.

Shareholder / Director Documents

Passport Copy

Coloured copy of valid passport of all shareholders and directors.

Passport-size Photograph

Recent coloured photograph on white background.

Address Proof

Recent utility bill or bank statement showing residential address.

Bank Reference Letter

Letter from your bank confirming good standing — required by some Free Zones and all UAE banks for account opening.

Documents for Indian nationals setting up UAE companies do not need to be apostilled in most Free Zones. However, banks may ask for notarised documents. We guide you on exact requirements before submission.

Post Registration

After Your UAE Company is Registered

Once your UAE company is active, maintain annual compliance and maximize the UAE's business advantages.

Yearly

Annual Licence Renewal

UAE trade licences must be renewed annually. We handle renewal paperwork, fee payments, and compliance checks before the renewal deadline to avoid late penalties.

As applicable

UAE VAT & Corporate Tax

Register for UAE VAT (5%) if your UAE turnover exceeds AED 375,000. File UAE Corporate Tax Return (9%) as applicable from June 2023 onwards.

Mandatory from India

India FEMA Compliance

Investing in a UAE company from India requires RBI reporting under FEMA's Overseas Direct Investment (ODI) rules. File Form ODI with your AD bank and maintain annual FEMA compliance.
